H01-1B digital display constant temperature magnetic stirrer is a digital display constant temperature type, driven by a brushless DC motor, with strong stirring power and digital display of stirring speed. It is suitable for use in constant temperature stirring situations in various fields.

Instructions

1. Connect the temperature sensor to the terminal on the rear of the machine; 

2. Place the beaker containing the medical solution on the workbench (i.e. in the middle of the electric furnace), put an appropriate stirrer in the beaker, and insert the temperature sensor head into the medical solution. Before plugging in the power plug, first turn the speed adjustment and Voltage adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum;

3. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch will light up, adjust the speed knob clockwise, and the H01-1B digital display constant temperature magnetic stirrer will start stirring. The right display window will display the stirring speed;

4. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, first turn the temperature setting toggle switch upward (setting position), adjust the temperature setting knob, and when the number in the left display window reaches the required temperature value, then turn the toggle switch downward (measuring position), the left display window displays the temperature value measured by the sensor. At this time, the temperature rising indicator light is on, and the electric furnace starts to heat up, heating the liquid in the beaker. When the difference between the temperature in the beaker and the set temperature is > 15℃ , the electric furnace heats at full power. When its temperature and the set temperature are <15℃, the heating power of the electric furnace can be infinitely adjusted from 20-400W by the Voltage adjustment knob. The user can adjust the setting temperature according to the set temperature and the amount of stirring. For those with a fixed temperature and a large amount of stirring, it can be adjusted to positions 9, 10, etc. Generally, it is adjusted at the beginning. If the temperature rises too slowly or cannot reach the set temperature during the heating process, the pressure adjustment knob should be turned. Turn it up with the hour hand, and turn it down counterclockwise (the key to constant temperature lies in the balance between heating and heat dissipation);

5. If heating and temperature measurement are not required, just leave the sensor unconnected or turn the toggle switch upward; if heating is not required but temperature measurement is required, the temperature can be set lower than room temperature;

6. After using the mixer, unplug the power supply, clean the surface after cooling, and store it properly.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. When using the H01-1B digital constant-temperature magnetic stirrer, the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflowing during stirring;
