Instructions

1. Place the H01-3 constant temperature magnetic stirrer stably, put an appropriate stirrer into the beaker containing the liquid medicine, then place it in the center of the workbench (i.e. electric furnace), turn the two adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum, and insert Turn on the power supply. Turn on the power switch and the power indicator light will light up.

2. Turn the speed control knob slowly clockwise so that the stirrer of the beaker rotates from slow to fast to stir the liquid.

3. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch on the back of the machine downward, the temperature rise indicator light will light up, and the electric furnace will be powered on to heat the liquid medicine. The heating power of the electric furnace will be adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob, and the voltmeter will display the Voltage of the electric furnace.

4. If automatic temperature control is required, connect the two leads of the electric contact mercury thermometer (prepared by the user) to the two binding posts at the back of the machine and turn the toggle switch downward. Insert the thermometer into the beaker of liquid medicine and fix it on the meter stem. , when heating reaches the preset temperature, it automatically stops heating, and when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it automatically resumes heating, thereby achieving automatic temperature control;

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when it is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been powered off (the temperature rising indicator light goes out), but the remaining heat will still heat the liquid to raise its temperature, affecting the temperature control accuracy. At this time, it can be adjusted appropriately. Low heating power.

5. The maximum temperature on the surface of the H01-3 magnetic stirrer electric furnace exceeds 300℃. When heating the liquid, the temperature that the liquid can reach is inversely proportional to its amount;

6. After use, unplug the power supply, clean the surface after cooling, and store it away.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded; 

2. This machine should avoid being used in humid environments;

3. When the machine is in use, the beaker should not be too full of Chinese medicine liquid to prevent overflowing during stirring;

4. The H01-3 magnetic stirrer cannot be used alone as an electric furnace.
