Instructions

1. Place the SH21-2 constant temperature magnetic stirrer stably, place the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the center of the work plate (i.e. electric stove), put an appropriate stirrer in the beaker, and place it in the center of the beaker. Turn the two knobs Adjust it counterclockwise to the minimum, connect the power cord, plug in the power, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light will be on, slowly adjust the speed knob clockwise, so that the stirrer in the beaker rotates from slow to fast to stir the liquid until required stirring speed.

2. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch on the back of the machine upward, the temperature rising indicator light will be on, and the electric furnace will be powered on to generate heat. The heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the temperature speed knob, and the scale indicates the angle position of the knob.

3. If automatic temperature control is required, the two leads of the electric contact mercury thermometer can be connected to the two terminals at the rear of the machine. The thermometer can be inserted into the liquid beaker and fixed on the benchmark. When the heating reaches the preset temperature, the heating will automatically stop. When the temperature drops below the preset temperature, heating will automatically resume to achieve automatic temperature control.

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when the electric furnace is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace is powered off, but the remaining heat still heats the liquid to raise its temperature, which affects the temperature control accuracy. At this time, the heating power can be appropriately reduced.

4. After use. The power should be unplugged, cooled and then cleaned and stored.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;
