Instructions

1. Trial operation: Place the H01-2 digital magnetic stirrer stably, connect the power cord, plug in the power, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch will light up, and the digital display will be "0000". Adjust the knob clockwise, and the digital display will show the speed. , after the test rotation is normal, adjust the speed to the lowest and then shut down.

2. When using, place the container in the middle of the mixer and put the stirrer in so that the stirrer is in the center. Then turn on the machine, adjust the knob, and select the required mixing speed. When adjusting the speed, gradually accelerate or decelerate. Note: The container needs to be made of non-ferromagnetic material, the bottom must be smooth and the thickness should not be greater than 10 mm.

3. If the stirrer is lost during use, shut down the machine immediately to prevent demagnetization of the stirrer.

Precautions

Therefore, you should always observe the display status of the tachometer during use. If you find that the rotation speed decreases, suddenly stops, or it is difficult to start, you should shut down the machine immediately. The reason is mostly that the agitator is seriously worn, and the agitator should be replaced with a new one.

6. The higher the rotation speed during use, the faster the agitator will wear, so the rotation speed should not be too high, as long as the mixing effect is achieved.
