Introduction

"DECO-PBM-V-40L" is a vertical planetary ball mill. The space of the grinding room and the control room has been greatly improved. The operating space is wider and more comfortable when in use, and the control room, grinding room and base are combined. It can be disassembled and assembled freely, which is convenient for daily maintenance and repair. While ensuring the roundness of the shell and the gloss and texture of the plastic spraying treatment through the exquisite and rigorous manufacturing process, the internal structure layout has also been carefully adjusted to ensure the rationality of the space structure. In terms of core components, the equipment still uses the Delixi brand inverter as the control system, and the power also uses the Dedong brand motor to provide a strong guarantee for the stability of the equipment;

Principle

There are four ball milling tanks installed on the planetary disc. When the planetary disc rotates at a high speed, the ball milling tank makes a planetary movement of the central axis. The balls in the ball milling tank collide and rub the materials violently during the high-speed motion, so that the materials are fully crushed and Homogenize or mix. According to the different properties of the materials to be ground, various grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low-temperature grinding, and inert gas grinding can be selected for grinding;
