Introduction

 "DECO-PBM-AD-10L" comprehensive planetary ball mill is a laboratory powder sampling equipment that can achieve ultra-effective three-dimensional full grinding of materials, and can also be used for crushing, mixing and homogenization of samples. Compared with the ordinary vertical planetary ball mill and horizontal planetary ball mill, the structure of the comprehensive planetary ball mill is more characteristic. It can be said that the all-round planetary ball mill combines the characteristics of the vertical planetary ball mill and the horizontal planetary ball mill. Therefore, the all-round planetary ball mill can not only form a better crushing effect on the sample, but also greatly improve the uniformity of the output. Principle

In the planetary ball mill, the four ball mill pots placed on the planetary disc also rotate at a high speed in the opposite direction under the high-speed rotation of the planetary disc. At the same time, the planetary disc and the ball mill as a whole are tumbling 360° under the power of the motor. In the process of constantly changing the orientation, more intense and uniform friction and impact energy will be generated between the material and the grinding ball, and this energy will fully pulverize, mix and homogenize the material in the ball mill tank.
