Overview
BT-880 shot blasting roughness Tester conforms to ASTM D4417 method CNACERP0287-95 test method, can directly measure the height of the peak-valley floor of the surface, suitable for: shot blasting industry, printing industry, spraying anti-corrosion industry and other industries that require surface roughness, calculate the corresponding parameters according to the selected measurement conditions, and clearly display all the measurement parameters on the LCD display. When measuring the surface roughness of the workpiece, the instrument sensor is placed on the surface to be measured on the workpiece, and the roughness of the measured surface is felt by the sharp stylus built in the instrument, and the roughness of the surface to be measured of the workpiece causes the stylus to produce displacement at this moment, and this displacement makes the inductance of the sensor inductance coil change, so that the surface roughness of the measured is generated at the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier Proportional analog signal, the signal is amplified and level-converted into the data acquisition system, the DSP chip will collect the data for digital filtering and parameter calculation, and the measurement results are displayed on the liquid crystal display.
