Introduction

Bozhen BZ-2.5-10 box-type Resistance Furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, LCD high-brightness wide-window digital display, and the indication value is clear and intuitive. It has the function of starting the timer or starting the timing at a constant temperature after the set temperature. The microcomputer intelligent control solves the drawbacks such as temperature overshoot, and the temperature control effect is very good. After setting the temperature, the meter controls the heating output by itself, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. Fault audible and visual alarm and automatically cut off the heating output.       

Features

Bozhen BZ-2.5-10 box-type Resistance Furnace adopts domestic (CN) professional technology, the furnace shell is made of good steel plate by folding and welding, and the control box and the furnace body are integrated structure. The appearance is beautiful, which avoids the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractories. The spiral-shaped heating element, made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, is threaded in the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the inner furnace lining. Heat up, down, left, right. The furnace is a sealed structure, and the refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products are used as a thermal insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell.
