Instructions

1. Before use, put the power switch in the off position (the large green switch on the operating surface of the machine is the main power switch, and press "○" to turn it off), and turn the speed adjustment knob of each station counterclockwise to OFF. , turn the small button switch to the set position, connect the lead of the temperature sensor to the terminal post at the rear of the machine, and place the mixer stably;

2. Place the beaker containing the medicinal solution in the middle of the workbench (i.e. electric stove), put an appropriate stirrer in the beaker, and insert the temperature sensor head into the medicinal solution. Plug in the power supply and turn on the main power switch (press "I" to turn it on), and the built-in indicator light of the switch will light up (within the four stations).

3. First turn the speed control knob to ON clockwise and adjust it to the required stirring speed. Adjust the temperature setting knob until the display window shows the required temperature value, and then turn the small toggle switch downward to measure. position. At this time, the display window shows the temperature measured by the temperature sensor of the station. The temperature rise indicator light is on and the electric furnace starts to heat. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature rise indicator light goes out and the electric furnace stops heating. If the speed control knob is in the OFF position, all functions of the station will not work;

4. When the electric furnace is heating the beaker, if the difference between the measured temperature and the set temperature is >15℃, the electric furnace will heat at full power. When the measured temperature rises to a point where the difference between the measured temperature and the set temperature is <15℃, the heating power of the electric furnace will be reduced. It is adjusted by the Voltage-adjusting knob. The heating power can be continuously adjusted from 20-350W with the Voltage-adjusting knob. It can be adjusted according to the heating temperature and the capacity. For example, if the temperature is high and the capacity is large, the larger value can be used, that is, adjusted to positions 8, 9, and 10. , usually adjusted at the beginning. If you find that the temperature rises very slowly or cannot reach the set temperature during the heating process, please increase the heating Voltage knob clockwise. If you find that the temperature rises too fast and exceeds the set temperature during the heating process, If the temperature is too high, the heating Voltage knob should be turned down counterclockwise (the key to constant temperature is stable heating and heat dissipation);

5. If you do not need to heat but want to measure temperature, please adjust the temperature setting knob to lower than room temperature and turn the setting measurement switch downward (measuring position);

6. After using the H01-1D digital constant temperature magnetic stirrer, unplug the power supply, clean the surface after cooling, and store it properly.
