Instructions

1. Place the stirrer stably, and place the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace). And put in an appropriate stirring bar, adjust the two adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum, plug in the power supply, turn the timing switch to "ON" (open), or the scale that needs timing, the power indicator light is on;

2. Slowly rotate the speed control knob clockwise, so that the stirring bar in the beaker rotates from slow to fast to stir the liquid medicine until the required stirring speed is reached, and the electric meter displays the stirring speed;

3. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch on the back of the machine down, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the electric furnace is energized to generate heat, and the heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob.

4. If automatic temperature control is required, the two lead wires of the electric contact mercury thermometer (prepared by the user) can be connected to the two terminals on the back of the machine, and the thermometer can be inserted into the liquid medicine in the beaker and fixed on the pole. When the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the heating will be automatically stopped, and the heating will be automatically resumed, so as to achieve automatic temperature control;

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when it is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been powered off (the temperature rise indicator light is off), but the remaining heat will still heat the liquid to make it warm up, affecting the temperature control accuracy. At this time, it can be adjusted appropriately. Low heating Voltage power.

5. The maximum temperature on the surface of the Benchijiu/Meiyingpu H97-A constant temperature magnetic stirrer electric furnace exceeds 300°C. When heating the liquid medicine, the temperature that the liquid medicine can reach is inversely proportional to its amount;

6. After use, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance after cooling down, and store it.

Precautions
