JMHRS-150/45 "Aolongxin" precision full Rockwell Hardness Tester (mobile head type) adopts professional closed-loop sensor control technology to realize fully automatic control and hardness testing process.

The "Aolongxin" loading system uses a high-precision force sensor and a central controller to form a closed loop to continuously track and control the entire force-adding process. The depth measurement system uses a high-precision displacement sensor, which can obtain a minimum hardness value with a resolution of 0.1HR.

The stage is fixed, and the hardness test is performed by moving the indenter up and down. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of the traditional screw, greatly improving the accuracy and repeatability of the test, and also increasing the stability and efficiency of the machine's work.
