The furnace tube of this tube furnace is made of 99 high-purity alumina corundum tube, and the heating element is silicon carbide rod. It adopts double-shell structure and 51-segment program temperature control system, and the control system adopts high-precision thyristor phase-shift trigger control; it adopts a cold air system between the double shells, which can quickly cool down; both ends are sealed with stainless steel flanges. Its temperature control accuracy is +/-1°C, and the temperature control method adopts 30-segment program settings, and the maximum temperature can reach 1400°C.
