Stain resistance Tester for architectural coatings

Used to evaluate the stain resistance performance of architectural coatings, scruf speed 37cpm, scruf stroke 300mm, load 1000g, counter 5 bits.

Introduction

Interior wall paints in architectural paints are often polluted by some stains from daily necessities.    

Stains are often removed by scrubbing the coating, and coatings with good stain resistance are becoming more and more popular.

This machine adopts the method of stain removal rate evaluation, using stain as pollution source, and loading it on the test plate by dipping method or scraping method.

The stain resistance test is carried out with the specified load and times, and the stain resistance of the coated test plate is evaluated by measuring the change of the reflective system before and after the experiment.

Scrubbing liquid in a container next to the instrument can be pumped onto the brushes,

During the scrubbing test, the pump can be turned on and off, and the liquid flow can be adjusted precisely
