Introduction

JinKeLian JHY gel time meter is specially used to measure the gel time of powder coatings and raw materials. The working platform of this product is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, long-life heating tube, PID intelligent temperature controller, automatic constant temperature, easy to use, and different sizes of heating platforms can be customized according to customer requirements. Comply with GB/T16995-1997 ISO8130-6 standard.

Use and Precautions

1. First turn on the single-phase 220V lighting power, close the power switch, and the power switch indicator will light up if the power is on normally.

2. When the temperature of the "PV" display screen on the heating platform reaches the temperature you set ("SV" display screen), you can put the circuit board with solder paste and pasted parts on the aluminum alloy panel of the heating platform for heating.

3. "PV" on the thermostat panel shows the measured temperature, "SV" shows the set temperature, "SET" is the setting key, "R/S" is the shift key, and "V" is the minus key. Value key, "^" key is value-added key. If you need to set the temperature, turn on the power "PV" and "SV" to display normal numbers and press the "SET" setting key, the number displayed on "SV" will flash, and set the desired value through the increase, decrease and shift keys. The desired temperature, the shift key is to adjust the number you want to set is one, tens, or hundreds, and then press the "SET" key to confirm after setting.

4. Powder coatings generally require a gelling temperature of around 200°C. Depending on the product, the temperature requirement can be negotiated.
