Introduction

Planetary mixer is a new type of effective homogenizing mixing equipment, which has a large output torque, especially suitable for medium and high viscosity and high thixotropy materials (such as adhesives, silicone, lithium battery slurry, etc.) for very effective mixing.

This machine adopts innovative technologies such as unique paddle design, professional mixing mode and transmission principle. When the equipment is running, the stirring paddle and the dispersion shaft rotate around the axis of the barrel at the same time, and the double propeller rotates without dead angle, so that the material rolls up and down and horizontally at high speed, and the dispersion disc continuously shears and breaks up the material, and the material can achieve the effect of mixing uniformly in a very short time in this complex motion environment.

The DEMIX six-shaft planetary mixer consists of two sets of high-speed dispersers, two sets of low-speed twist paddles, one set of rotary wall scraping, and one set of online rotary temperature measurement system. This kind of design structure is complex, and the production accuracy, space layout, transmission structure and sealing system of the planetary box are put forward higher manufacturing requirements, and there are not many domestic (CN) manufacturers who can do a good job of this equipment.

Characteristics:

01. Stirring and dispersion are planetary rotation and rotation movement, there is no dead angle, and the dispersion disc can quickly break the block agglomerate, and the mixing efficiency is high；

02. The stirring paddle is equipped with stainless steel precision casting spiral twist frame paddle as standard, which can be configured with frame type, claw type, louver type, etc. according to customer requirements;

03. The scraping system in the kettle can quickly scrape the materials stuck to the inner wall of the barrel to the middle of the barrel body, and the materials do not stick to the wall;

04. The stirring parts and the inner wall of the kettle are finished and polished to the mirror surface, which can be coated with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coatings, enhance the surface resistance to acid, alkali and wear, and be easy to clean;

05. The kettle body adopts a double-layer jacket, which is connected with the temperature control system, which can carry out stable temperature control of the material;

06. Using DEMIX online temperature measurement system, it can measure the accurate temperature of the material in real time, and the error is less than 1°C;

07. Using international brand inverter, the motor runs safely, stably, reliably and timingly;

08. A variety of sealing methods are adopted to achieve stable vacuum and pressure holding control, and the vacuum degree is as low as -0.098MPa;

09. The frame and the kettle can be separated, and the host can be used in turn with multiple kettles for continuous production and effectiveness;

10. The main machine and the discharging system can be connected through the platform, and the barrel can move freely, the discharging is simple, and the cleaning is convenient.
