The GPJ-6 bottle roller machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation to make the closed round bottles (or cans) placed between the two rollers rotate slowly. This machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate. It can be used in the laboratory of the chemical industry. It provides slow rotation of the sealed bottles and jars to keep the mixed reagents in the bottles and jars in a uniform mixing state, or adds appropriate grinding media to the bottles and jars. The mixed reagents in the bottle are further ground and refined in a slowly rotating state.

Use and maintenance

1. Insert the power cord into the socket on the back of the host and turn on the power.

2. To start the rubber roller rotation, first press the "RUN" button, then turn the speed adjustment knob to the required speed.

3. If you want to stop the rubber roller from rotating, press the "STOP" button.

4. After use, stop the rotation of the rubber roller and disconnect the power cord from the power source.

5. Except for the "RUN" button, "STOP" button and speed control knob, the other buttons on the inverter are used to set the parameters of the inverter. Please do not use them casually.

6. After using for a certain period of time, grease should be added to the bearings at both ends of the passive roller in a timely manner.

7. This machine is used in the production process of chemical raw materials. Users should establish appropriate safety and protective measures and determine rules and regulations in accordance with relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user and are beyond the scope of this manual.
