The temperature-controlled flip oscillator is a liquid-liquid extraction device used in chemical laboratories. At present, in domestic (CN) laboratories, oscillating extraction or hand-cranked extraction with a separating funnel is commonly used for liquid-liquid chemical extraction. These two methods are cumbersome, the extraction efficiency is low, the manual labor is also high, and the organic solvents used in the extraction will also bring physical harm to the experimenter. To this end, our unit has developed a fully automatic rotary oscillator.
This product is fully automatic Operating Mode, which is composed of three parts: extraction bottle, adjustable frequency motor and time control system. Its working principle is to rotate the extractant from top to bottom and then from bottom to top in the extraction bottle through the adjustable frequency motor, so that the extractant and the water sample are fully combined and collide violently, oscillating while rotating to achieve the purpose of complete extraction.
