This equipment is used to measure the volatile content of UV-cured coatings and to cross-link and cure oligomers in UV-cured coatings.
Comply with GB/T 33374-2016, GB/T 34675-2017, GB 18581-2020, GB 24409-2020, GB 30981-2020, GB/T 38597-2020 standards.
1. Place the instrument on a stable workbench and place it stably. The distance between the instrument and the wall must be at least 30cm.
2. Turn the power switch and light switch to the off position, then plug in the power cord (located on the back of the chassis) and turn on the power. (The socket is a high-power three-pin socket)
3. Turn the socket switch to the off position, and insert the power plugs of the light source and fan into the power socket located on the back of the chassis.
4. Open the Test Chamber door and put in the test plate. Test panels should be placed on storage racks.
5. After completing the above preparations, close the door, turn on the power switch, and turn on the light source switch. Record the test time.
6. After the test, turn off the light source switch and the power switch.
7. Open the warehouse door and take out the test plate. Pay attention to the high temperature of the test plate to prevent burns. You need to wear protective gloves.
8. During the test, if you need to get close to the Test Chamber, please wear goggles and long clothes to prevent ultraviolet light from burning your eyes and damaging your skin. If you need to open the door during the test, please turn off the power.
9. After the work stops, turn off the light source switch, wait 5 to 10 minutes, and then turn it on again after cooling.
