The programmable condensation Test Chamber is a general condition and procedure for testing coated specimens under a constant condensation water environment or an alternating condensation water environment to ensure that test results between different laboratories can be reproducible. Tests in three test environments of CH\AHT\AT can be realized.
It simulates the extreme conditions of the highest humidity (100% RH) of the product in a specific temperature environment and specifies the artificial manufacturing environment. During the test, the performance of the tested model is tested and verified by setting extreme conditions beyond the general natural environment.
The main test samples are aimed at their environmental performance indicators under extreme heat and humidity changes, such as: automobile parts, aviation equipment, home decoration appliances, building materials, paints and coatings, film electroplating, electrical equipment, etc.
According to the provisions of the national standard GB/T 13893.2, the XDLN-100A experimental box controls the air temperature in the box within (40±3)℃ by heating the water in the Water Tank. The water in the Water Tank and the air in the box are always in a circulating state, so that the temperature deviation and uniformity in the box are both â¤Â±2.0℃. The XDLN-100A experimental box can operate in a condensation environment with constant humidity (CH) or an alternating condensation environment (AHT, AT). To facilitate experiments, three experiments have been built into the program and no further settings are required.
