Using 2268 +/- 7g standard brush parts weight, friction speed 50cpm, can set 0-9999 sanding times, automatic counting function to ensure test accuracy.

QFM type coating sandability testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of sandability experiment in the new standard. The instrument is mainly used to measure the abrasiveness of indoor putty such as building inner walls and ceilings.

The instrument has reasonable and reliable structure, simple operation, automatic counting, and good repeatability of the whole machine.

Structure and Principle

The instrument is mainly composed of grinding blocks and fixtures, sliding frames, test benches, motors, power switches, counters and other components.

Make a linear reciprocating movement of the test block with sandpaper on the coating surface of the test plate. After grinding to the number of times specified by the product, observe the area of putty powder on the sandpaper to judge the sandability of the coating.
