Desktop design saves space.
More professional gradient board design for greater volume reduction.
The surface temperature is accurately calibrated and matched with the temperature scale to ensure accurate and reliable measurement data.
Automatic water cutoff protection system.
The wider workbench can measure 6 groups of samples at the same time.
1. The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and bright laboratory, away from moisture. The instrument must be covered with a plastic cover when not in use to keep it clean.
2. Power requirements: 220 volts, 50Hz, > 400W, three-hole socket, good grounding.
3. Environmental requirements: temperature 23±2℃, Relative Humidity <85%, no direct sunlight, no vibration environment.
4. Water source requirements: no impurities, pure tap water, must be kept smooth.
5. The test conditions are mainly the settings of cooling and heating. Refrigeration mainly affects the work of the low-temperature end, subject to the first requirement. Heating mainly affects the work of the high-temperature end, subject to the requirements of point 13. Minimize the difference between hot and cold, which not only saves energy, but also improves resolution.
6. Clean the workbench before and after use, and apply some grease or Vaseline when left for a long time to prevent rust.
7. When applying the emulsion to be tested, there must be at least one strip of known material for comparison.
8. When applying the emulsion, it is not necessary to cover the entire test tank. It only needs to be applied around the estimated MFT, which saves labor and materials and is easy to clean.
9. Place paper strips on the left and right edges of the gradient plate to prevent the workbench from being stained during coating and cleaning.
10. For easy cleaning, the surface of the board can be covered with a thin layer of aluminum foil (such as 0.02mm thick), brush it flat with a brush, and add a few drops of glycerin to make the aluminum foil and the board surface tightly bonded.
11. Calcium chloride (CaCl 2 ) is used as the desiccant for better results.
