product structure

This machine is composed of frame, stirring device, transmission system, limit device and electrical control system. The frame is the supporting part of the whole equipment, which is welded by channel steel. The stirring device is composed of a mixing drum, a stirring shaft, and a stirring shovel. The stirring shovel is fixed on the stirring arm, and is integrated with the stirring shaft to form two sets of spirals. The direction is opposite, but the lead and the helix angle are the same as the spiral ribbon mixing shovel, the gap between the mixing shovel and the inner arm of the mixing drum can be adjusted slightly. The transmission mechanism is composed of a speed reducer and a coupling. The cylinder limit device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. The electrical control system has the functions of starting, jogging, stopping and timing.
