Introduction

A test plate parallel to the air flow direction is installed in the QCKL type initial drying and anti-cracking test wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, use the air volume control device to control the wind speed within 3±0.3m/s. Put the scraped test panel on the test panel rack in the wind inspection tunnel. Adjust  the drying control time according to the product requirements. After the time is up, it will automatically stop and visually test whether there are cracks on the surface of the board. 

It is suitable for the initial drying anti-cracking test of architectural coatings and indoor and outdoor architectural putty under the condition of specified wind speed.
