Introduction

Application: The abrasion resistance testing machine for printed matter is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the printed ink layer, the abrasion resistance of the photosensitive layer of the PS plate and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products. It can effectively analyze the friction resistance of printed matter, the adhesion of the ink layer, the printing resistance of PS plate and the friction resistance of other products. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB7706-87, and meets JISK5701 and ISO and other relevant standards.

Working principle: The grinding layer of the sample and the friction paper rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the load friction body, and the wear resistance of the ink layer or coating is judged by measuring the density of the ink layer or the change in the thickness of the coating before and after friction.
