The ISO outFlow Cup is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of the international standard ISO2431-1993 for the determination of the outflow time and the national standard GB/T6753.4-98 for the determination of the outflow time of paints - ISO outFlow Cup method. This outFlow Cup is used to test the outflow time of Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids.

1. Before or after measuring, wipe the inner wall with fine gauze dipped in the solution repeatedly, twist it into a rope shape with soft paper, and repeatedly pull it clean in the outflow hole.
2. Place the outFlow Cup onto the stand and adjust the level of the stand.
3. Prepare a stopwatch with an accuracy of 0.1 seconds while holding down the outflow hole with your hand.
4. Slowly pour the measured liquid at a controlled temperature (according to the user's requirements) into the outFlow Cup to avoid bubbles, and scrape flat with a scraper or glass when the liquid exceeds the mouth of the cup.
5. Start the stopwatch and quickly release the finger holding the outflow hole at the same time, and press the stopwatch at the moment when the outflow liquid is interrupted to record the outflow time.
The measured outflow time is calculated as the kinematic viscosity mm /s according to the following formula

Centistock = K value × outflow time - (C÷ outflow time)
centipoise = centistock × specific gravity
Note: In order to obtain more accurate data, the outflow time can be measured multiple times and the average value can be calculated.
