Form 24B is white, light gray and black grayscale card stock . The card stock has six stripes in the white field.
The stripes on this card stock are numbered 1 through 6 and represent uniform steps of increasing contrast. The hiding power of an applied coating is rated as the number of darkest streaks that are completely (or nearly completely) obscured at a specified thickness or rate of spread. Coating is usually applied to this cardboard using a drawdown blade rather than a brush or roller.
