Hiding power measurement cardboard

The ZGL Blocking Power Measurement Cardboard series offers a wide range of test strips, from pure white to a variety of black and white patterns. Made of high-quality, non-fluorescent paper and free of fluorescent brighteners that affect color testing. Test strips have become the market standard in today's coating industry. The earlier hiding test substrate consisted of a black and white checkered pattern of tarpaulin. Soon after, it was replaced by sealed cardboards, of which black and white paper and black and white checkered paper are typical. The exact area of the coating rate test piece is 0.1 square meters (about 1 square foot) and is suitable for brushing at a specific coating rate.

It is used for hiding power testing of coatings, paints, inks or for rapid proofing of other coatings.

peculiarity

The reflectivity of the black part of the Pushen cardboard is <1, and the reflectivity of the white part is 80±2.

The non-coated cardboard has good wettability to the coating material and will not crack or shrink.

The coated cardboard surface is smoother and has a stronger resistance to curling when baking
