Introduction

LX-C rubber and plastic microporous material Hardness Tester is an instrument for measuring the hardness of rubber and plastic microporous material products. It is suitable for the determination of the hardness of microporous materials for shoes made of rubber and plastic materials containing foaming agents when the compression ratio is 50% and the stress is above 49 kPa. It implements the relevant regulations in the industry standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of HG/T2489-2007 (replacing HG/T2489-1993) "Test Method for Hardness of Microporous Materials for Shoes". The constant linear relationship between the applied pressure and the displacement of the indenter out of the platen. The Hardness Tester can be installed on the supporting fixed load measuring frame, and can measure the hardness of rubber and plastic microporous material test pieces in the laboratory. You can also hold the head of the Hardness Tester to measure the hardness of the rubber and plastic microporous materials mounted on the equipment.
