LX—AM Shore AM Thin Rubber Hardness Tester is an instrument for measuring the hardness of ordinary vulcanized rubber and its analogues (thickness above 1.5mm) for thin samples (thickness above 1.5mm). ) of rubber. It implements my country's GB/T 531.1-2008 "Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber Indentation Hardness Test Method Part One: Shore Durometer Method (Shore Hardness)", which is equivalent to the international standard ISO 7619-1-2004.
This Hardness Tester has high sensitivity and can measure the hardness of thin rubber test pieces in the laboratory. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the Hardness Tester should be installed on the supporting LX-AM model constant load measuring frame.
It is an instrument suitable for measuring the hardness of ordinary vulcanized rubber and its analogues (thickness above 1.5mm) and thin rubber O-rings. Note: The thickness of the rubber sample is at least 1.5 mm. If the thickness of the sample is less than 1.5 mm, it can be stacked with no more than 3 layers of smooth, parallel samples with a thickness of not less than 0.5 mm. The results of the samples are not necessarily consistent.
