The inner chamber of the sterilizer is made of good stainless steel material and is welded by argon arc, which is durable;

The whole process of sterilization is automatically controlled by microcomputer, with a high degree of automation, and the fault will automatically alarm and prompt; 

The display screen displays parameters such as sterilization stage and temperature time, which is convenient for users to grasp the operation situation;

Use of safety interlocks that comply with regulatory requirements:

(1) When the door is not closed and locked, the sterilization program cannot be started;

(2) When there is pressure in the inner chamber, the locking device is activated to prevent the handwheel from rotating and ensure the safety of users;

The sealing ring is designed with self-expanding structure, which has the characteristics of good sealing effect and long service life;

The sterilizer comes with a steam generator and a water refill pump, and the unit has the following functions:

(1) The automatic water inlet and water replenishment function of the water pump makes the water level in the steam generator controlled within a reasonable range;

(2) When the water level in the steam generator reaches the lowest value of the water level, the power supply of the electric heating pipe can be cut off, and the alarm will be prompted (in the sterilization state);

(3) The pressure controller is used to control the pressure in the steam generator, and there is a safety valve for protection after overpressure;

The exhaust mode after sterilization can be selected to meet the pressure relief requirements of different types of substances after sterilization;

The PID temperature control function can automatically correct the heating control parameters by selecting them to prevent temperature overshoot.

Note: G type is a dry type, on the basis of the above performance characteristics, a water ring Vacuum Pump and a drying electric heating pipe device are added, and the drying effect meets the requirements of relevant standards.
