Introduction

The inlay process is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer program, which realizes the integration of heating, pressurization, pressure maintaining, cooling, pressure relief and other inlay processes. Key-type operation, no need for operator supervision, and sample inlaying is automatically completed. The machine is pressurized by a hydraulic pump, with greater pressure and tighter inlaid samples; the specifications of the double-head mold sets can be selected at will, with independent control and operation; the unique hot and cold separation design makes the operation safer and more stable; high-definition touch screen display and control, real-time display Pressure and temperature, the inlay plan can be saved and easily retrieved; equipped with a water cooling system, the sample preparation speed is fast, and one machine can be used as two machines, making the sample preparation work easier and less labor-intensive, and the inlay quality is better and more stable.
