Phosphor national standard verification test equipment

This system is designed according to the relevant German standards and Chinese national standards. It is used for the analysis and testing of light color performance parameters such as body color (option), luminous color (option), luminous brightness and afterglow time, and afterglow brightness curve of phosphorescent powders.

Main technical indicators of the system:

1) It integrates an excitation light source, a dedicated power supply, and an emission brightness measurement device, with no less than 5 powder tray stations, and the stations can be switched manually; 

2) Brightness measurement range: 0.01mcd/m2-100cd/m2;

3) Equipped with standard grade (CIE Class A) V (λ) corrected brightness Detector, pre-amplification type, ultra-high sensitivity;

4) Brightness measurement linearity: 0.2% (within the full dynamic range, 1-2 orders of magnitude better than PMT Detectors);

5) Brightness measurement repeatability: 0.1% (within the full dynamic range, 1-2 orders of magnitude better than PMT Detectors);

6) Excitation light source: 6500K light source;

7) Excitation illumination: adjusted between 25lx and 1000lx;

8) Illumination detection accuracy at the powder disk: Level 1;

9) Automatic control of excitation time (control accuracy less than 1 second);

10) At 1000lx, the light spot at the powder disk is larger than Φ50mm and smaller than Φ55mm;

11) Powder plate size: Φ50mm*8mm, stainless steel, edge 0.5mm;

12) CIE 45/0° illumination excitation observation conditions;

13) Maximum afterglow measurement time: 100 hours;

14) After turning off the excitation light source, the brightness changes with time curve automatically and continuously recorded. The minimum sampling and recording time interval is 1 second. )

15) The system comes with an LCD to display data such as illumination, brightness, and afterglow brightness change curves, and can also be connected to a computer to display data such as brightness, afterglow brightness change curves, and afterglow time.
