Overview of SMN26-H (two-angle, haze) fully intelligent gloss meter

The SMN26-H haze gloss meter is designed and produced using the haze standard American standard ASTMD4093, as well as the glossiness standard ISO2813, foreign standards ASTMD523, DIN67530 and Chinese standards GB9754, GB9966 and GB/T13891. All technologies have reached and exceeded Requirements for first-level working machines in the appraisal procedures of JJG696-2002 "Mirror Glossmeter and Glossiness Plate". 

fog shadow:

A good quality surface should have a clear and bright appearance. A milky appearance can occur due to the microstructure resulting from poor pigment dispersion in the paint. This effect becomes a fog shadow. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish the degree of haze with a 20°
gloss meter. However, you can use a second angle to measure and distinguish these materials and compare the difference between the two readings.

SMN26-H is designed according to the American standard ASTM D4039, and the haze value is defined by the difference between 60 degrees gloss and 20 degrees gloss. That is, haze value = 60 degrees gloss - 20 degrees gloss.

The fully intelligent SMN26-H can automatically calculate the haze value for you, and can also be used as a dual-angle gloss meter.
