   The equipment is divided into three parts: detection system, human-computer interaction equipment, and computer real-time monitoring system;

   Detection system: mainly includes light source, receiver, controller and aluminum bracket;

   Human-computer interface: 7-inch LCD human-computer interaction interface, showing the transmittance and optical density data of each test point;

   Computer real-time monitoring system (optional): data recording, analysis, reporting and other functions.

   This instrument provides dual-channel RS485 communication interface and standard MODBUS communication protocol, which facilitates communication with PLC, microcontroller, human-machine interface, KingView, computer, etc. The coating machine can directly read the optical density data of this equipment to achieve control automation (closed-loop control).
