How to use:

   1) After the machine is stopped, wash off the ink on the surface of the wire rod applicator with clean water.

   2) Spread the cleaning solution directly on the surface of the anilox roller, wait for about ten minutes, and then use the anilox roller wire brush to brush the wire rod coater in a circular motion for 3 to 5 minutes, during which the cleaning solution will produce some foam, and let the foam stay on the surface of the anilox roller for 3 to 5 minutes after brushing.

   3) Finally, rinse off the cleaning solution with clean water. Pay attention to clean it and do not leave the cleaning solution on the surface of the anilox roller.

   4) If the wire rod applicator is seriously blocked: the residence time and brushing time of the cleaning solution can be appropriately extended, or the above steps can be repeated.
