Introduction

The Principle of the multi-point magnetic stirrer is that a micromotor drives a high-temperature-resistant powerful magnet to rotate to generate a rotating magnetic field, which drives the stirrer in the container to rotate to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid in the container. At the same time, the solution can also be heated synchronously, so that the solution can be fully mixed and reacted at the set temperature. Therefore, it is widely used in biology, medicine, chemistry, chemical industry and other fields.

Multi-point magnetic stirrer

The operation of the multi-point magnetic stirrer should be carried out in accordance with the relevant instructions and strictly follow the steps in the instructions. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Place the multi-point magnetic stirrer into the beaker containing the solution.

2. Place the beaker on the Heating Plate and insert the sensing element.

3. Turn on the power, adjust the heating speed, and start stirring.

4. When stirring with a multi-point magnetic stirrer, the speed control button must be adjusted slowly. Adjusting too quickly will cause the stirring rotor to break away from the magnetic force of the magnetic steel and keep beating. The knob should be quickly moved to the stop position. After the stirrer comes to a standstill, the stirring speed should be slowly increased and the speed should be increased steadily step by step. Liquids with high viscosity at room temperature often have poor thermal conductivity. When heated and stirred, it is not advisable to heat up quickly to avoid container rupture. The thermostatic device should be fully utilized to gradually increase the temperature in stages, and the sensing element must be inserted into an external water jacket.

5. If you want to measure the temperature inside the container, slowly turn the temperature adjustment knob to make the red mark of the temperature indicator drop. When the red light lights up, the temperature indicated by the red mark is the temperature of the liquid in which the measuring element is inserted.
