Introduction

A kind of Viscosity Cup widely used in CHINA, this instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T1723 "Paint Viscosity Determination Method", suitable for viscosity measurement of paint products below 150 seconds, is a portable instrument for conditional measurement of paint viscosity, after the measured liquid fills a specific container, it takes time to flow out of the standard pipe hole to calibrate the viscosity of the liquid, the unit is seconds. The viscosity measured by the COAT-4 viscometer is the conditional viscosity, that is, the time for a certain amount of sample to flow out of the hole with a specified pore size at a certain temperature, expressed in seconds.

The resulting specimen elution time t(s)

Convert to kinematic viscosity value μ (mm2/s) using the following formula:

At t<23s, t=0.154μ+11

At 23s≤t≤150s, t=0.223μ+6.0

Features

◇ The Flow Cup is made of pure brass

◇ Surface chrome plating process, anti-oxidation (NDJ-5)

◇ The column is made of stainless steel (NDJ-5)
