The coating film thickness of SZQ-6MIL is 152.4 microns, and the coating accuracy is ±10 microns. Paint applicators are widely used in the paint and ink industry for uniform film production and high quality.
Materials used
The SZQ-6MIL coating film Applicator uses 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel, and 9Cr18 is high-carbon chromium martensitic stainless steel bearing steel. It has high hardness and wear resistance, and high high temperature and low temperature dimensional stability.

Operating procedures
