The AFA-III automatic film coating machine uses electric propulsion to complete the coating movement of the preparer or wire rod, effectively avoiding the instability of manual coating. This machine adopts digital control technology. The digital display selects two-way speed and displacement. The coating speed and coating distance are accurately controlled. The actual coating movement distance is displayed in real time. It can be returned electrically or manually. The operation interface is simple and clear, which greatly facilitates operation. or use.

This machine has a detachable vacuum coating table and uses an external Vacuum Pump. The operation interface has power control for the external Vacuum Pump, providing customers with more flexible choices.

The coating push rod of this machine can be applied to preparers of various shapes, and the wire rod push rod is suitable for 10mm mandrel wire rods produced by our company (from XB-12 to XB-200).

Note that the preparer, wire rod, and Vacuum Pump must be purchased separately.
