The NDJ-1 rotary viscometer is a new type of instrument used to measure the viscous resistance of liquids and the absolute viscosity of liquids. It is widely used to determine the viscosity of various fluids such as grease, paint, food, and adhesives.
1. Use the gear system and clutch to change the speed, which is operated by a special rotary knob, divided into four speeds, and selected according to the measurement needs.
2. According to the different specifications of the instrument, five kinds of rotors from 0 to 4 are attached, which can be selected according to the viscosity of the measured liquid with the speed.
3. The instrument is equipped with a pointer to fix the control mechanism for accurate reading. When the speed is fast (30 rpm, 60 rpm) and it is not possible to read while rotating, then the pointer control lever can be pressed to fix the pointer for easy reading.
4. The protective frame is to stabilize the measurement and protect the rotor. The use of a protective frame for measurement can achieve more stable measurement results. The yellow protective ring is to protect the instrument shaft connecting rod from external force and affect the stability of the instrument accuracy.
5. The instrument can be used by hand, equipped with a fixed bracket and a lifting mechanism, and should be used fixed when measuring small quantities and constant temperature in the laboratory.
