MDJ, XF series direct-reading density meter is based on GB/T533, ISO2781, ASTMD297-93, DIN53479, ASTMD792, D618, D891, ISO1183, GB/T1033, ASTM D792-00, JISK6530, ASTM D792-00, JISK6530 using the principle of Archimede's water displacement method. This machine is mainly used for rubber, plastic, wire and cable, food, composite materials, cosmetics, shoe materials, glass, precious metal hardware recycling... and other industries. It can directly read the average weight in air, average weight in water, density value and volume of samples of solids, particles, thin films, floats and powders.
◇ Direct reading of the density and volume of solid blocks, particles and floats of any shape with a density of >1 or <1.
◇ It has the function of temperature compensation setting and solution compensation setting, which is more user-friendly operation and more in line with the needs of on-site operation
◇ The density measuring table is integrated injection molding, which is easy to install and fast, and has a longer use time.
◇ The design of one-piece corrosion-resistant large sink is adopted to reduce the error caused by the buoyancy of the fence line, and it is also convenient to test relatively large block objects
◇ It has the function of upper and lower density limits, which can determine whether the specific gravity of the object to be measured is qualified or not. It is equipped with a buzzer device
