Introduction

The TQC DewCheck 4 - Dew Point Meter (DPM)/Dew Point Meter is a versatile dew point meter for measuring and recording all the climatic parameters required for treated surfaces. Compliant with ISO 8502-4 and ASTM D3276-07, this easy-to-use and rugged shut-off valve measures Relative Humidity (%RH), ambient temperature (Ta) and surface temperature (Ts) and calculates dew point temperature (Td) and differential between dew point temperature and surface temperature (ÄT). The difference between the surface temperature and the dew point temperature indicates very good climatic conditions for painting. All parameters can be stored in the dehumidifier's memory and marked with the date and time.

For communication between the DewCheck 4 Corrosion Tester and a PC, a DewCheck Inclinometer USB cable is standard. In order to analyze the data, the DewCheck 4 is equipped with a special centering finishing analysis software. This software is Dewpoint Meters' current professional temperature and humidity monitoring software package. It provides user-friendly reporting for standard production work and advanced calculations for in-depth analysis of climatic parameters prior to coating. Detailed graphical representations and customizable reports help make the right decisions.
