Introduction

 The product is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, and can also be used as an adaptability test for storage, transportation and use in high-low temperature environments.

Box structure

1. The whole cabinet adopts integral structure.

2. The inner side of the box is made of 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic, and the insulation material is made of ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.

3. The door is sealed with double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

4. The observation window is tempered hollow glass with multi-layer conductive film, the size is 250×260mm. In order to prevent the low-temperature glass from frosting, it is surrounded by a built-in special heating wire and equipped with a lighting lamp to provide illumination for observation.

5. There is a φ50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high-low temperatures and has thermal insulation performance.

6. There is an air-conditioning cabinet on the rear side of the working room of the cabinet, and evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans, fan volutes and other equipment are installed in it.

7. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

8. The air supply mode in the Test Chamber is the upper air supply and the lower air return mode.

Heating and Humidification System

1. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater, which has low thermal inertia and long service life. The controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal is output by the instrument, which is controlled by a solid state relay, and the control is stable and reliable.

2. Steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, armored electric heating tube, PID control method, using non-contact periodic pulse width modulation SSR (solid state relay) control, equipped with water level control device, heater anti-dry device.

Control System

1. Temperature controller: LCD touch screen temperature and humidity controller

2. Sensor: PT100 temperature sensor.

3. The control heating output is triggered by a solid-state relay at zero crossing to reduce noise, reduce pollution, facilitate maintenance, and improve control accuracy.

4. Safety protection measures are required in the control system, including: phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase Voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power-off protection, leakage and other protections.

5. The control system is equipped with a user-friendly operation panel, which is located on the upper left of the test box, and is equipped with power supply, lighting, various functional operation buttons and fault indicator lights.

6. In addition to the main controller, an independent over-temperature protector is installed in the system. Even if the main controller fails, the over-temperature protector can reliably cut off the heating power to protect the safety of equipment and samples.

7. There is an interlocking device in the electrical control system, and the heating and humidification system cannot be started when the circulating fan is not started or overloaded.
