a brief introdction

The paper sample vacuum dryer is a test equipment used for rapid vacuum heating and drying of wet paper samples not larger than φ200. It is used to identify the properties of pulp and formulate beating process specifications. It can also be used for vacuum drying of other similar thin fiber samples whose thickness is less than 10mm and diameter is less than 200mm.

This machine adopts vacuum heating and drying, with high vacuum degree and fast drying speed; in intermittent use, circulating water cooling is not required; the heating element adopts an integrated Heating Plate; it has a long service life and is easy to replace; there are two kinds of glycerin heating and heat conduction plate heating The method is optional; the Vacuum Pump adopts three three-stage centrifugal Vacuum Pumps with a diameter of 150 and a 28-tooth large impeller, and the motor is 2.2KW, so the vacuum degree is high and the pumping capacity is large; the temperature control system adopts intelligent PID control, and has short circuit, disconnection, Over-temperature alarm function, high measurement and control precision, safe and reliable; vacuum system adopts electromagnetic control, easy to operate.
