Applications

HBF-1200 microplate heat sealer, also known as plate sealing machine, sealing instrument, is an affordable, economical semi-automatic heat sealing machine, which prevents evaporation, leakage caused by sample loss and space cross-contamination of various microplates (PCR plates, deep well plates, microplate labels and cell culture plates) during the detection process by heat sealing various special heat sealing films. It is suitable for ordinary sealing film, heat sealing film, punctureable heat sealing film, optical heat sealing film (quantitative PCR), long-term heat sealing film. Replace manual sealing to ensure that the sealing plate is firm, the sealing film is uniform, and cross-contamination is avoided.

The microplate heat sealer is compact, practical, easy to install and does not require compressed air. Rapid heating, real-time display of the temperature of the sealing plate, automatic detection of microplate height. The sealing temperature and sealing time can be set---- which is also a companion of the thermal cycler and quantitative thermal cycler!

Features

●Rapid heating (300 seconds to 170°C);

●It does not need to be pressed hard by the operator, which can be neatly and firmly sealed, and also avoid the occurrence of crooked and untight sticking;

●It can be adapted to various types of microplates and heat-sealing films;

●Precise temperature, time and pressure adjustment to ensure the stability of the sealing plate;

●The intelligent motor controls the entry and exit door, if the hand or other object obstructs the entry and exit door that is being closed, the intelligent motor will be reversed to protect the user and the instrument;

● Automatic standby function saves resources. When there is no action within 60 minutes, the instrument enters standby mode, and the temperature of the instrument is automatically reduced to 60°C to achieve the effect of energy saving;                        

●When the instrument does not operate within 120 minutes, the instrument enters the "deep sleep" mode, turns off the display screen, cuts off the power supply of the heating element, and only the weak current is supplied to the core components of the control board, and then press any button, the instrument will resume its working state;

●With a special mechanism with smart design, the entrance and exit hatch can be separated from the instrument for cleaning and maintenance of the Heating Plate;
