NDJ-8S Rotational Viscometer is an upgraded product of our company's Rotational Viscometer. This instrument adopts mechanical design technology, manufacturing technology, and microcomputer control technology, accurate data acquisition, white backlight, high-brightness LCD display, clear data display. This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement sensitivity, reliable test results, easy to use and operation, beautiful appearance, etc., is used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the performance viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids, and can be widely used in the measurement of viscosity of various fluids such as grease, paint, plastic, coatings, adhesives, detergents, etc.

2. This instrument adopts professional mechanical design technology, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology, accurate data acquisition, high measurement sensitivity, reliable test results, easy use and operation, beautiful and generous appearance.
3. The display is made of white backlight, high-brightness LCD display, which can directly display the rotor number, speed, viscosity, percentmeter torque, real-time temperature of the measured sample and the maximum range of the selected rotor at the current speed, the instrument is equipped with RS232 communication interface as standard, which can communicate with the computer and print the measurement results through the optional printer, and the power supply adopts DC 12V and 24V adapters with strong anti-interference ability. Optional viscosity temperature curve software to achieve man-machine dialogue, its function and performance have reached the same level at home and abroad, so cost-effective, deeply loved by users, is the preferred choice of schools, laboratories and scientific research units.

4. It can be preset with 4 gears, 8 gears and 18 gears, and at the same time, it can also be steplessly regulated to meet the measurement requirements of different ranges, in addition to the normal standard rotor (1#, 2#, 3#, 4#), the instrument can also be equipped with ultra-low viscosity adapter (0# rotor) and small sample adapter (21#, 27#, 28#, 29# rotor) according to customer needs.

5. The instrument has the function of alarm or digital flashing prompt of the upper and lower limits of the range. This not only protects the instrument from damage, but also saves measurement time because the rotor or speed is adjusted in time.

6. The standard temperature sensor of the instrument monitors the temperature of the sample in real time to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, the measurement temperature range is 0-200 °C, and the measurement accuracy is ± 0.1 °C.

7. The instrument is equipped with a demonstration operation CD as standard to guide the user's operation of the instrument in real time.
