1. If it is damaged due to human factors, the seller shall pay the cost of replacing the parts, and the manufacturer shall not charge a repair fee. 2. Response time: After the user reports the fault by phone, the response will be made within 2 hours, and the supplier's maintenance personnel will be present within 8 hours, and the fault will be repaired within 1 day.
