Warranty days: 365 days
1. Warranty conditions: The warranty period of the instrument from the date of acceptance is 12 months of warranty for the whole machine, if the instrument is damaged (excluding wearing parts), it will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer free of charge. If it is damaged due to human factors, the seller shall pay the cost of replacing the parts, and the manufacturer shall not charge a repair fee. When supplying, it is necessary to provide the original after-sales service commitment letter of the original manufacturer before acceptance, and the acceptance is qualified by the air tightness calibration in the industry to meet all the standards required by customers.
2. Response time: After the user reports the fault by phone, the response will be made within 2 hours, and the supplier's maintenance personnel will be present within 8 hours, and the fault will be repaired within 1 day. Major problems or other problems that cannot be solved quickly should be solved within one week or a clear solution should be proposed, otherwise the manufacturer shall compensate the user for the corresponding losses.
