The Elcometer 130 Soluble Salt Profiler provides fast, accurate measurement of soluble salt levels and concentrations – over 4 times faster than other Bresle equivalent methods.
The new Elcometer 130 Soluble Salt Profiler allows you to complete a Bresle equivalent test in as little as two minutes.
The multi-point conductivity sensor enables the Elcometer 130 SSP to accurately display salt concentrations, show the exact location of contamination and produce a full colour salt density map in 2D or 3D.
Each filter paper is four Bresle sizes - the Elcometer 130 Soluble Salt Profiler not only displays personalized readings, but also provides a comparable reading of 4 Bresles in just over two minutes.

In addition to soluble salt content (cleanliness) or electrical conductivity, the Elcometer 130 SSP performs a detailed analysis of the test area – providing an accurate salt density map to pinpoint user-defined limits outside of highly contaminated areas.
This new, easy-to-use Elcometer 130 SSP features automatic temperature compensation to ensure accuracy in all climatic conditions. Impure water counteracts the need for accurate and repeatable readings.
Rugged, durable and waterproof, the new Elcometer 130 SSP comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty; Peace of mind.
The Elcometer 130 SSP wirelessly transmits readings, statistics and batches via Bluetooth® or via USB, straight into the inspection app or into ElcoMaster®, Elcometer's mobile app, at your desk, or using your mobile phone, in the field, to generate reports instantly.
What you do with the data you collect is just as important as taking readings.
Calibration verification bricks can be used to verify the accuracy of the instrument in the field, while the verification date will be recorded in the report.

Measurement Mode Range:
Cleanliness: When measuring soluble salts, two measurement options are available – Bresle Method Equivalent or Elcometer 130 Equivalent
Conductivity: Centrification is used to measure ionic contaminants, sometimes referred to as total dissolved solids - TDS, in solution
The multi-point conductivity sensor allows the trend in conductivity to be displayed as a density map
Automatic temperature compensation ensures accurate results
The large color LCD screen displays readings in μg/cm², ppm, μS/cm, mS/cm, % salinity or mg/m².
Store 3,500 readings in a 1,000 alphanumeric data group
Non-oxide gold-plated contacts guarantee lifetime performance
Reports are generated instantly via USB or Bluetooth® data transfer to ElcoMaster®
1) Large single readings
Displays the reading value for the entire sample
2) Four Bresle patch equivalent readings
This measurement area is divided into four (Bresle plaque-sized quadrants) and four Bresle patches or Elcometer 130 equivalent readings are displayed simultaneously.
3) Pass/Fail to user-defined limits
Provides a visual indication of salt contamination. The limit of soluble salt levels is set above, the area is red and the area below the limit is white. The measurement bars on the left side of the pass/fail graph show the limits (above the bar) and the defined limits above the percentage test area (below the bar). The bars are also a visual indication of the pass/fail percentage. The highest (Hi), lowest (Lo) and average (X) readings are shown to the right for the current measurement.
4) 2D salt density map with high/low readings
The level of soluble salts is indicated using a green and red profile system; Green is for very low salt concentrations or unpolluted areas; Yellow is the concentration area of medium salt; Red is the area where the salt pollution level exceeds the specified scale range.
5) 3D Salt Density Map and Peak Salt Concentration (Hi)
Provides a visual indication of the density of the test area contaminated by salt.
