"Real-time" image stitching
The MC630 series industrial cameras are equipped with Mosaic 2.0, a new computational imaging computing software, which provides you with the "real-time image stitching" function. Within a few seconds of moving the stage, a large stitching image can be generated at the same time, which is light, smooth, and worry-free!
"Real-time" Depth Fusion
MC630 series industrial cameras also provide real-time depth-of-field fusion function. When turning the focus ring to shoot different depth-of-field points, a clear image with large depth-of-field can be generated, which is fast, accurate and effective!
Efficient image acquisition-editing-measurement-report output
Starting from the user's operation experience, it provides a complete workflow of image acquisition-editing-measurement-report output, optimizes the operation process, greatly saves your operation time and improves your work efficiency!
MC630 can be used for bright field, fluorescence and polarized imaging
MC630 has inherited the core color restoration technology of Dilun ISP, which can effectively improve the color deviation of the sensor's response to the spectrum, and accurately restore the true color under the microscopic field of view. Excellent imaging performance, no matter it is bright field, fluorescence, or polarized light imaging, it can be handy!

Sony professional CMOS sensor
Using Sony 6.3 million pixel CMOS sensor IMX178, the target size is 1 / 1.8", the pixel size is 2.4μm, and the maximum resolution of the captured image can reach 3072 x 2048. The image captured under a low-magnification lens is still clear even if it is magnified several times presented.
Professional global shutter technology
Using global shutter technology, all pixels are exposed at the same time, not only can accurately track and capture dynamic samples, but also can obtain clear images without distortion and deformation when shooting fast moving samples!
USB 3.0 stable high-speed transmission
Simple and convenient while ensuring a stable high transmission rate, allowing fast focusing at high resolutions. In the case of full resolution, a rate of 40 frames per second can be achieved for fast imaging.
